The Services board (Errands & Requests, Tutoring & Lessons, Daily Services, Community Clubs) is an open communication venue provided for community members to exchange service requests and offers. NJ Access Portal ("the Company") is not an employer, contractor, service provider, broker, or agent for any party.
The author of each post and the participating parties are solely responsible for all terms, fees, work scopes, schedules, and task fulfillment. The Company does not pre-screen, verify, certify, or license service providers or requesters. Users must verify all required licenses or credentials independently.
The Company disclaims all liability and responsibility for:
- contractual disputes, non-payment, delays, or failure to perform agreed services;
- physical injuries, property damages, or accidents occurring during in-person meetings or task execution;
- damages resulting from fraud, counterfeit requests, or unauthorized financial transactions;
- any direct or indirect damages arising from reliance on listing information.
